About the Image Saturation Adjuster
The Saturation Adjuster measures pixel luminance and moves channels toward or away from it. Minus 100 percent creates grayscale; positive values strengthen color separation.
How to use the Image Saturation Adjuster
- Select a source image.
- Set the desired saturation change.
- Process and watch for unrealistic skin tones or clipped colors.
Practical tips
- Over-saturation can remove subtle texture even when it looks vivid.
- Use grayscale conversion when a fixed luminance-only result is required.
