Our commitment
ToolsWiz is committed to making its online tools and information usable by as many people as practical, including visitors who use assistive technologies or navigate without a mouse. Accessibility is part of our ongoing design, content and testing work.
Standards and design practices
We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA where reasonably possible. Our goals include meaningful heading structure, descriptive labels, visible keyboard focus, sufficient color contrast, text that can be enlarged, controls that work from a keyboard and status messages that do not rely on color alone.
Keyboard and browser support
Current versions of major browsers should support keyboard navigation through the header, forms, tools, FAQ controls and footer. You can usually move forward with Tab, move backward with Shift+Tab, activate a focused control with Enter or Space, and use your browser zoom controls to enlarge the interface.
Known limitations
Some complex image previews, generated files, browser-native controls or third-party advertising components may not provide the same experience with every assistive technology. Tool output can also vary by browser capability. We work to provide labels and text results where the task allows it and review reported barriers in order of impact.

If you cannot use a tool or reach important content, please contact us. Include the page or tool name, a description of the problem, your browser and device, and any assistive technology involved. We will review the issue and, where practical, offer the information in another format or improve the affected experience.
